What is important to you when in contact with healthcare?

Jämtland Härjedalen Region and the county's municipalities want to get an idea of how the citizens of Jämtland Härjedalen experience care in the county.

How to answer the survey

To participate in the survey, fill in the questionnaire which takes about 10-15 minutes to answer and is completely anonymous. When answering the questions, you should start from what it is usually like in "normal cases", ie how it was before the Corona pandemic started.

The result of the survey

The results of the survey will be compiled and published on the region's website, www.regionjh.se/viktigtformig, at mid April.

Your responses are anonymous, so do not give your name or other personal information when answering the survey.

Thank you for helping us get better!
Greetings
Jämtland Härjedalen Region and the county's municipalities

Why are we doing this survey?

The Swedish healthcare system is now changing its approach to good and close care. The purpose is for the care to be organized and conducted to a greater extent based on your needs and conditions.

You and your relatives should feel involved and the care should be easily accessible and provided with good continuity. We want to promote your integrity, self-determination and participation in your care and treatment

Health promotion and prevention efforts will have a greater focus than before. Primary care must be the hub of care and work closely with hospitals, dental care, social services, local care and municipal health care.

The care you often need should be coordinated, close to you and based on your needs. Close can mean geographically close, but it can also be, for example, a permanent care contact or easily accessible contact with care with the help of, among other things, digital services. Digital solutions mean that we can increase the level of service and improve accessibility, security and participation for you as a citizen.
